This screening is a truly special opportunity to see our mission in action. Third-year students from our NY Fellows program will showcase over 1,000 hours of intensive training in all aspects of filmmaking through this 30-minute premiere and the moderated panel conversation to follow.

The International Thesis Film Project represents the pinnacle of the three-year filmmaking program for our Fellows, and culminates in a trip to a foreign country where students create their final GFS films based on the culture, geography, or history of the selected region. This past year, GFS NY and GFS LA traveled to Vancouver, Canada to film.
